We implement the following policies for our partners: 1. Optibide is the first booking platform that does not charge sales commission to its partners. 2. Optibide customers usually start their trips within 10 days after booking, which reduces risks of cancellations and refunds. 3. Optibide does not promote competitive bidding for advertising priority among partners. Instead, it is designed for fair competition based solely on the price offered to customers. 4. Unlike other platforms, Optibide carefully selects partners through a strict review process, ensuring customers receive only the best services and facilities.

The requirements for becoming an Optibide partner are as follows: 1. A valid business registration certificate for the relevant industry is required. 2. The quality of services or accommodation facilities to be sold to Optibide customers must pass Optibide’s review process. 3. The information provided about products and facilities on Optibide must be accurate, without exaggeration or false representation.

The following documents must be submitted when registering as an Optibide Partner: 1. A valid business registration certificate. 2. Required information submitted according to Optibide’s designated forms. 3. Photos that are accurate and not exaggerated or falsified. 4. A business bank account matching the business registration certificate for payment settlement.

Optibide’s partner settlement system works as follows: 1. Customer payments are securely managed by Korea Cyber Payment Corp. (www.kcp.co.kr). 2. Information about NHN KCP can be found here. [Link] 3. Payments are settled every two weeks according to NHN KCP’s payment process. 4. Settlement amounts are transferred to the bank account specified during partner registration. 5. Depending on the financial system of the partner’s country, deposits may be delayed after Optibide completes the transfer.

The settlement process for Optibide partners’ sales revenue is as follows: 1. When a customer makes a payment, the amount is processed through Korea Cyber Payment Corp (NHN KCP). 2. After the customer checks out or completes the use of a product/service, the Optibide partner may request settlement. The payment will then be made in bulk according to NHN KCP’s settlement schedule. 3. Optibide partners can check their sales revenue and upcoming settlement amounts in real time.
